Knight's research is meticulous, and the case she builds about the lives ruined in the spy hunt makes this book a must for anyone who likes history and a good spy story. I hope the author adds another book to the set. The cause for this is to a large extent discouragement, due to the misunderstanding of what a Saint really is. This book is a sad testimony of the truth behind the man. The author insists that his subsequent acquittal was the first successful temporary insanity plea in a US murder case.
